In November 1918, in the final days of the world war, Switzerland went through the first and only national general strike in its history. This film shows the sequence of events that led to this national confrontation - between the workers and the bourgeoisie - which had a lasting influence on Swiss institutions and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
